Wedding Anniversary Cake

A first Anniversary cake for some special friends of our family. The cake is a replica of their actual wedding cake with a twist. The couple had a country wedding with a potluck reception in a barn, so I hope I captured that same feeling with this cake for them. The cake was white with buttercream frosting. I made all the fondant details and then painted the color on each piece! Happy Anniversary Chaz & Hannah!

Fondant Fall Birthday Cake

This was such a cute cake- It was white with buttercream frosting and the details/roses were all done by hand in fondant. So cute!

Dancing Baby Boots Shower Cake

This was for a dear friend who's daughter is on the Dancing Boots team at Reynolds High School. The team was throwing a shower for their expecting coach, so I made replicas of their boots to celebrate baby! It was a white cake with buttercream icing & fondant detail work.

Triple Chocolate Ganache Cake

The ultimate chocolate cake! The cake was fudge chocolate with real hershey's buttercream icing topped off with a drizzled layer of chocolate ganache. It was fantastic!

Cars Birthday Cake

This was for my oldest son, Blake, on his 4th birthday. He dreamed of this cake from practically starting the day after his 3rd birthday! It was chocolate with buttercream frosting. It was such a joy to see the delight on his face when he saw it at his party!

Curious George Cupcake Tower

The smash cakes for birthday girl Arye & boy Xzavier!

This turned out so cute for two cousins turning one in the same month, so the mothers decided to combine and do a party together. The cake was French Vanilla with almond buttercream icing. Yum!

Cannoli Cake!

This was such a fun and challenging cake to make! It consisted of a heavy cake, cannoli filling complete with ricotta cheese & chocolate chips, and a fresh whipped cream icing. I've never used three separate recipes for one cake before, but it was well worth it for one of my best friend's birthday, Lauren. It tasted as good as it looked and was well worth the hard work!
